This dress is absolutely beautiful and wonderfully made. A perfect balance between modesty, simplicity and elegance. I was nervous to order my wedding dress online, but am so glad that I did. I feel absolutely beautiful in it and cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day!
Never in my life did I expect to get my dream dress, until this arrived. I had my dress customized to include an internal corset for my large bust, and extra lace around the waist and back. The work is incredibly high quality, with each piece of lace applique perfectly sewn, and the corset doesn’t show at all. I was admittedly nervous that sending the measurements I took meant things would end up wonky, but no! It fits like a glove. I want to specifically thank Ekaterina who assisted me with my initial request and provided ideas on how to build the dress around my preferences, and Maria who remained in contact with me as the dress was being made. Maria kept clear communication, got my questions answered in a timely manner, and put any worries I had to rest. I would recommend this dress and Piondress to anyone. Thank you to everyone who has made this process so easy, and for my beautiful dress, I cannot wait to walk down the aisle in September.

Aleksandra was an absolute delight to work and communicate with. I found the fabric and frame of skirt I wanted for my dress with button detailing down the back and sleeves but requested a personalized boat neck and 3/4 sleeve; they did this at no additional cost and it turned out exactly as I had hoped it would! The personalized measurements came out perfectly – no further alterations needed. I was going for a minimalistic but elegant design, and this dress was exactly that. I had spent months looking for the right design and fabric within my budget and was delighted to find Piondress. The fabric is soft and flowy yet framed. I had also ordered the dress so soon before my wedding and was worried it would arrive too late, but Aleksandra was so accommodating and made for a stress-free experience, even waiving the fee for a rush order. She also sent photos of progress from the front, side, and back anlongside information about the adjustments they would be making. I also had to change the delivery address after ordering, and Aleksandra did this without any mistake. The packaging was a lovely surprise. It came in a fabric protective covering with an additional plastic covering inside. I was hesitant to get a wedding dress online, but Aleksandra and her team really care to make your wedding day special for you and truly make quality wedding dresses.

I had it trimmed a tiny bit, and I added a button at the back for the train, since I failed to consider how wide it is, as well as long. But those were the only alterations! And I think that speaks for itself!

I absolutely love this dress♡ I kept seeing an adds on Pinterest and Instagram for this websie for awhile. I wasn’t sure at first if it was a scam or not since its from Kazakhstan😅 but did some research and knew it was legit. They responded very quickly and were very helpful with helping me choose what size would fit me, and they even raised my neckline a little higher with no extra charge. Fit soooo perfectly♡
Choosing this dress was easily one of the best choices I made for having an affordable yet timeless and elegant wedding. What an amazing dress! The fit is very comfortable, it is not too heavy, and it is very easy to move in. I loved the details of the flowers, it was very high quality and professional. It was only slightly difficult to lift my arms above my head, but once I was moving around it was not so bad. I was worried about ordering a dress online, but this one is great quality fabric and make. I really could not have imagined a more perfect dress for my special day, and am so grateful to the wonderful women who worked with me! Couldn’t recommend this more!

I cannot say enough about working with Piondress and Aleksandra. I struggled to find a mother of the groom dress that was what I had in mind. I sent her a photo of what I wanted, and she exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. She was communicative throughout the process and cheerfully and professionally answered my endless questions. She sent updates and photos throughout the entire process. When the gown got hung up in customs due to a port strike, she had one of her team members quickly make another gown to be sure one of them arrived in time. The dress arrived and it was impeccably made exactly to my specifications. I can’t wait to have another occasion so that I can have another gorgeous gown made. I tried many dresses in bridal salons but couldn’t find anything that truly matched my style within my price range. Piondress, on the other hand, offers so many beautiful designs that it was genuinely hard to choose just one. The Lima dress turned out to be perfect for me. I fell in love with its elegance and fine detailing. The dress is truly beautiful, fits very well, and only required a simple length adjustment.
It also proved to be perfect during our photoshoot in wet and foggy weather. The clean, pure design looked stunning in contrast with the dramatic atmosphere, which made the photos even more special. I received so many compliments from my wedding guests.
The customer service was extraordinary. Maria was incredibly responsive, helped me choose the correct size, and reassured me that everything would work out—even though I ordered the dress on short notice before my wedding.
