ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL DRESS!! The fabric is great quality (and it had pockets). They were willing to work with me to cover the back with a design from another of their dresses, and it turned out more beautiful than I could have dreamed.

Buying something as important as your wedding dress online can be a bit scary, but I knew when I found the dress of my dreams that I had to take the risk.
I am so glad that I did because this dress was everything I dreamed of and more. The quality was incredible and it made me feel like a princess while I was in it. I ordered a regular size in case I had to return it, but it fit perfectly other than the wrist buttons being a bit tight.
I would and do recommend piondress to any of my friends. It was very hard for me to find a dress that aligned with my hopes for elegance, beauty, and modesty, but this dress exceeded all my expectations.
An absolutely beautiful & high quality piece. I was very nervous about ordering my dress online, but the service went so smoothly. I did the custom measurements for my dress. Ekaterina was very responsive & helpful in ensuring my measurements were correct & answering my many questions. For being custom done & shipping internationally, it came relatively quick (a little under 2 months). It arrived in clean, pristine condition. The custom fit was perfect- I did no further alterations to the dress (besides adding a bustle for the train I requested). I remember putting the dress on the for the first time with my mom & being in tears over how beautiful it was & how well it fit me. Elegant, classy, timeless. The detailing throughout the dress is also amazing. It held up well throughout the service, outdoor pictures, and lots of dancing. It also cleans and preserves well. This dress was a dream come true. I would like to thank you very much for this dress. It was love at first sight. It is airy, firm, and flatters the figure beautifully. And the material is comfortable and I really appreciate the quality workmanship and sewing. It fits beautifully and doesn’t pinch or scratch anywhere. It’s perfect!
I can not recommend working with PionDress enough! They responded quickly when I initially reached out to inquire about customizing the Ricarda dress to match my vision. They talked through every step with me and made the process super easy. They also made a custom veil with lace the match the dress so my entire look was cohesive for my wedding day. The prices were so much better than what I saw when shopping at local wedding dress boutiques. The production and shipping time was quick as well. I ordered my dress and veil in mid June and it arrived at the beginning of August. I was and still am absolutely in love with my wedding dress and feel so special knowing that it was custom made for me. This dress is absolutely beautiful and wonderfully made. A perfect balance between modesty, simplicity and elegance. I was nervous to order my wedding dress online, but am so glad that I did. I feel absolutely beautiful in it and cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day!
Never in my life did I expect to get my dream dress, until this arrived. I had my dress customized to include an internal corset for my large bust, and extra lace around the waist and back. The work is incredibly high quality, with each piece of lace applique perfectly sewn, and the corset doesn’t show at all. I was admittedly nervous that sending the measurements I took meant things would end up wonky, but no! It fits like a glove. I want to specifically thank Ekaterina who assisted me with my initial request and provided ideas on how to build the dress around my preferences, and Maria who remained in contact with me as the dress was being made. Maria kept clear communication, got my questions answered in a timely manner, and put any worries I had to rest. I would recommend this dress and Piondress to anyone. Thank you to everyone who has made this process so easy, and for my beautiful dress, I cannot wait to walk down the aisle in September.

Aleksandra was an absolute delight to work and communicate with. I found the fabric and frame of skirt I wanted for my dress with button detailing down the back and sleeves but requested a personalized boat neck and 3/4 sleeve; they did this at no additional cost and it turned out exactly as I had hoped it would! The personalized measurements came out perfectly – no further alterations needed. I was going for a minimalistic but elegant design, and this dress was exactly that. I had spent months looking for the right design and fabric within my budget and was delighted to find Piondress. The fabric is soft and flowy yet framed. I had also ordered the dress so soon before my wedding and was worried it would arrive too late, but Aleksandra was so accommodating and made for a stress-free experience, even waiving the fee for a rush order. She also sent photos of progress from the front, side, and back anlongside information about the adjustments they would be making. I also had to change the delivery address after ordering, and Aleksandra did this without any mistake. The packaging was a lovely surprise. It came in a fabric protective covering with an additional plastic covering inside. I was hesitant to get a wedding dress online, but Aleksandra and her team really care to make your wedding day special for you and truly make quality wedding dresses.
