As all our dresses are made-to-order, they require some time to be hand-sewn. Our standard production time is three weeks, but there is a rush option which allows to reduce the time to one week and even to several days (prior approval is required). Then, the delivery will take up to two weeks, and we also have to allot a few days for fitting and making alterations if needed.
With this timeline we suggest to place an order at least one month before the big day.
Yes, sure. Customization is what makes your dress ‘the one’ and highlights your style and personality. Please tell us what changes you would like to make and we will gladly find the best way to meet your demand.
You are free to change or update your order within 72 hours since it was placed.

Definitely. In cooperation with DHL we can ensure rapid and secure delivery to more than 200 countries around the world accompanied with full tracking.
The delivery for all dresses is totally free of charge. However please mind that you may be required by your local authorities to cover customs fees as the shipment arrives. Learn more about it in our Shop Policies.
Your made-to-order dress will be made to your size range considering your height. For choosing the perfect size please refer to our size chart which is also available on every product page. And if you need a professional advise or any other assistance, we are always here to help you.

As you order online and we unfortunately can’t see you in person, minor alterations such as hemming may be required to have the dress fit to perfection.
