Which currency are the prices shown in?

Prices on the website are listed in US dollars.

Can I customize the dress I liked?

For sure! Customization is what makes your dress ‘the one’ and highlights your style and personality. Please tell us what changes you would like to make and we will gladly find the best way to meet your demand.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

As all our dresses are made-to-order, they require time to be hand-sewn. Our standard tailoring time is 25 days, but we offer a rush option that can reduce this time to 10 days or even less (subject to prior approval). Delivery typically takes up to two weeks, and we also allocate a few additional days for fitting and alterations if needed.

Given this timeline, we recommend placing your order at least one month before your Big Day to ensure everything is completed on time.

Do you ship worldwide?

Definitely, we ship worldwide using expedited mail services. Furthermore, for customers in the USA, we use DHL courier services to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

How much do I pay for delivery?

Delivery for all dresses is completely free of charge. However, please note that you may be required to cover customs duties or import taxes imposed by your local authorities upon arrival of the shipment.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on your location and the efficiency of your local postal service. Generally, delivery to Europe takes about 15 days, to Asia and Australia approximately 3 weeks, and for customers in the USA, we offer express shipping within 10 days.

Please note that delivery times may be longer for remote locations and such delays are beyond our control.

You can get in touch with us anytime to get an estimated delivery time for your country before placing your order.

I need an urgent delivery, can I still order?

We already provide the fastest possible way of shipping and can not make it quicker, but we can prioritise your order to get it ready to be shipped in just one week or even less. Please contact us to clarify the details.

How do I work out my size?

Your made-to-order dress will be made to your size range considering your height. For choosing the perfect size please refer to our size chart available on every product page. And if you need a professional advise or any other assistance, we are always here to help you.

I'm sort of in between sizes, what do I do?

It’s alright! If none of the sizes represents you fine enough, please let us know and work out the best solution for you.

Do you charge extra for plus size?

No, of course not. With the exception for a few designs we can offer you a size range up to US 22 (EUR 54) for the most of our dresses without any extra fees. However please pay your attention that sizes above US 14 (EUR 46) are considered as custom and cannot be returned according to our return policy.

Will I need alterations?

As you order online and we are unable to see you in person, minor alterations such as hemming may be necessary to ensure the dress fits perfectly.

Will I receive a full refund when returning a dress?

If you return a dress with standard tailoring time, you will be fully refunded. However, if you opted for rush tailoring, our return policy states that a $100 rush fee will be deducted from your refund.

This fee is charged to prioritize and expedite the completion of your order ahead of others and ensure it is processed sooner. Please note that this fee does not affect the delivery speed of your order.

Can I return a customized dress?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept for refund customized dresses, no matter whether the very design was changed or only the size was custom.

I'd like to exchange the dress, what do I do?

Technically we don’t make exchanges, but you are free to either return the dress you received and make another order once you get a refund, or at first order a new dress and then return the previous one and wait for refund.
