We offer worldwide delivery with DHL Express for all items. Once we dispatch your order the tracking number will be provided so you could track your parcel on DHL Express website. As we ship to exact address you provided at checkout, please make sure you will be able to receive the parcel at this address.
Shipping Costs
The delivery for all dresses is totally free of charge. Shipping costs on other items are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Delivery Time & Locations
DHL Express operates in 220 countries all over the world and it usually takes from 3 to 15 days to arrive depending on destination. You will get estimated delivery date at checkout. You can also contact us anytime to get estimated delivery date prior to order.
Please note that estimated dates can not be used as a guide, delivery time may be increased in certain cases for reasons beyond our control (force majeure etc). We will not be held responsible for any delays caused by carrier or customs.
Customs & Import Duties
As all orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis, buyers are responsible for all import and customs fees associated with their purchase. We are unable to estimate what these charges are, so we encourage you to check with your country’s customs authorities for tariffs before you order.
Please pay your attention that all import and customs fees are not included in price and must be paid by the customer to ensure your parcel is released by customs. Failure to do so may cause your delivery to be abandoned therefore the order becomes limited in refunding. Learn about refunding below.
Returns
We gladly accept charge-free returns of standard size dresses. The return must be initiated within 7 days upon delivery date according to tracking information. If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer a refund.
To be eligible for refund, items must be in original condition, free of makeup, marks and stains, and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Any tags must remain in place. All items will undergo further quality control upon receipt. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if received in an unacceptable condition.
Return shipping expense, rush processing fee, delivery fee (if applicable) and any import and customs fees paid are non-refundable.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
Despite customer satisfaction is very important to us, our return policy has several reasonable limitations. The refund is unavailable for:
- Customized orders
- Custom size dresses
- Accessories
- Cases of violating the terms of return above
- Orders sent back without tracking option
However we are always open to discus each individual case and work out the best solution.
