It is quite easy to determine your size correctly. You will require a measuring tape and several minutes of your time. Just follow our brief instruction.
Measure around the fullest part of your bust across the nipples. The tape should be pulled tight enough but without tension and go parallel to the floor.
Measure around your natural waist which is the narrowest part of your torso. Keep tape horizontally and slightly loose to allow room for breathing.
Measure around your bottoms at the fullest point, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Make sure you are not wearing shoes while taking this measurement.

This dress is absolutely perfect in every way, I couldn’t have dreamed of a more elegant wedding dress. It fits like a charm, it’s made of a thick satin material (not at all transparent) and the sleeves, OMG!!! Also, the customer service was excellent, she gave me great advice and I received a video to help me take all my measurements since the dress was a customized size. But I highly recommend buying from this shop. I’m a really short woman and everything I buy always fits weird on my body (waist too low, legs too long, chest too big, hips too tight), but this dress is just PERFECTION.

After scrolling through hundreds of reviews and pictures I knew I wanted to “take the risk” and order a custom-size. It felt exciting! After receiving a video tutorial, my fiancé measured me up. My questions were immediately answered via e-mail and the dress arrived quicker than expected (after just three weeks). It fit so well and the crepe fabric was easy to steam. The most perfect dress! I was searching the internet for this exact style (that didn’t break the bank) for weeks and when I found this I knew I’d found the one! I ordered a size 8 in case I needed to return it but it fit like a glove. I did get an email from the Piondress team to check my measurements were correct before confirming which was great customer service. The material is such great quality and the boning in the bodice meant I didn’t have to worry about wearing a bra (which as a bigger bust girl is so important!). If you’re in two minds about ordering your dress online please don’t fret, it was the best decision I’ve ever made <3 Would recommend Piondress to any bride to be x

Working with Aleksandra was great. The dress was beautiful and fit perfectly (ordered made to measure). It was also perfect for the vibe of our wedding. I never tried on a single wedding dress before ordering, and I don’t regret it! Aleksandra was even able to switch the neckline shape per my request. The dress did come longer than requested, I think so I had it hemmed, which was a bit expensive. But better too long than too short! Also the wrist opening dimension I gave was too tight. The alterations woman at the local dry cleaner was able to add some longer loops for the buttons and it was perfect! I need to lift my arms above my head!
This was the most perfect custom dress! What an amazing company!! From the video teaching me how to measure, to the outstanding customer service, this was a phenomenal experience!!! My daughter’s wedding day was just perfect, and SO many people complimented the dress!!!!

The more I look at the dress I received, the more I realized what an absolute dishonest portrayal of their product online. Mine resembles this. But the materials, lace patterns, cuts, do not match. Mine came with the most hideous sequins attached to it that obviously are not even shown in the picture. I would not have bought this had I know it had cheap sequins like some dress from Vegas. Huge disappointment

This dress is absolutely beautiful! It looks even better than the pictures in person. I couldn’t recommended this shop highly enough! My parcel got delivered to the wrong address due to the fault of the courier. However customer service was brilliant and Piondress Shop was in contact with me daily and proving updates as to how the situation would be resolved. I finally got my dress delivered and I couldn’t be more thankful or grateful with how the issue was resolved. A 5 star for customer service ⭐️

This dress is gorgeous. The quality is amazing and it’s exactly like the video that shows the flow and motion of the dress. It’s the perfect length on me (I’m 5’3 and wearing 3.5 inch heels). I had it custom made to my measurements and the seller worked with me to make sure I took the measurements properly (I sent photos). I really appreciated that because it showed they wanted to get the measurements exactly right – and they did! The communication was great throughout and I’m very grateful.
I cannot begin to tell you what a gift Piondress was. Working with Ekaterina was an absolute dream! I would tell her my vision, my dimension, etc, and she ended up custom making a dress that fit my vision, body, and personality perfectly. I knew it was chancy to order something custom online, but I hadn’t found anything that felt right. Ekaterina was so very accommodating and patient with me, and the result was worth it! The dress required almost no alterations (due more to my fluctuating size than any fault of Piondress), and it was delightful to wear.
