I had a wonderful experience working with the seller. From the initial conversation where they helped me figure out some customizations to ensure the dress worked for my figure, the quality of the dress I received, and even the relatively quick shipping (given the location of the seller). I specifically wanted a pink, tea-length wedding dress but really struggled to find anything I liked. When I saw this dress, I loved it but it was white! So I reached out, and after a few messages, we’d decided on a design and a fabric and some slight changes. It still amazes me that the dress fit as perfectly as it did. Ended up getting some minor alterations (the length and straps – just personal taste). No one could believe someone was able to make a dress fit so perfectly without having ever met me! Can’t recommend enough!

I just wanted to say a big thank you for my dress. It was everything i had in my mind. The service received was excellent from the beginning, I was never worried about it arriving from day one (although others gasped at idea I bought my wedding dress online!).

I LOVE my dress from Piondress, and was so happy to find them on Etsy – I really had a hard time finding what I was looking for in the stores in my city (midi length that still felt bridal) and this shop had exactly what I was looking for. I feel like a princess in my dress! Due to COVID, shipping was a bit of a different experience- but Ekaterina and her team sent my dress out earlier than scheduled in an attempt to get to me ASAP, and when it unfortunately got caught up in customs, they reached out to me to address the issue and ended up sending me a second dress to get me the order since I had to wait a bit (again – all due to COVID!) My dress is amazing but the service from the Piondress team was even more notable! Thank you all 🙂
