I cannot say enough good things about the communication, quality, and integrity of this shop, not to mention the dress! The dress arrived on time and in perfect condition. It was in multiple bags/carriers to ensure it not did endure any damage during shipping and even came with a hanger. The dress is very soft and has a nice weight to it. The off the should tulle straps are very soft and are adjustable to make them as tight or as loose as you would like. Ekaterina answered every question I had VERY quickly and even confirmed my measurements directly after I placed my order to ensure I ordered the right size (I didn’t order a custom size). I ordered a tulle skirt to go with this dress and they made sure it was made to match the dress perfectly and to the style that I liked. Don’t hesitate to order from Piondress Bridal!
