We ship via DHL to more than 200 countries around the world. Once your order is dispatched we provide you a tracking number so you could track your parcel on DHL website. As we ship to exact address you provided at checkout, please make sure you will be able to receive the parcel at that address.
Shipping Cost
The delivery for all dresses is totally free of charge.
Delivery Time
It usually takes the order from 5 to 15 days to arrive depending on your location. You can contact us anytime to know estimated delivery date prior to order.
Please note that estimated dates can not be used as a guide, delivery time may be increased in certain cases for reasons beyond our control (force majeure etc). We will not be held responsible for any delays caused by carrier or customs.
Customs & Import Duties
As all orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis, customers are responsible for all import and customs duties associated with their purchase. We are unable to estimate what these charges are, so we encourage you to check with your country’s customs authorities for tariffs before you order.
Please pay your attention that import and customs duties are not included in price and must be paid by the customer to ensure your parcel is released by customs. Failure to do so may cause your delivery to be abandoned therefore the order becomes limited in refunding. Learn about refunding below.
Return & Refund
Our return policy is valid for dresses of standard size range between US 0 (EUR 32) and US 14 (EUR 46) with a fixed $80 return fee, except in the event of a genuine manufacturing defect.
The return must be initiated within a week of the delivery date according to tracking information. That means you will have 7 days to inform us about your decision to return, and a further 7 days to ship the order back.
To be eligible for a refund, the items must be in their original condition — unworn, unaltered, free of makeup, hair and stains. Any tags must remain in place. All items will undergo inspection to match these requirements upon receipt.
Rush fees and delivery fees are refundable in cases of manufacturing fault only. Customers’ return shipping expenses, as well as import and customs duties, are not subject to compensation in any case.
Not Eligible for Refund
Despite our customers’ satisfaction being a top priority for us, our return policy has several reasonable limitations. Thus, a refund is unfortunately unavailable for:
- Customized orders
- Custom size dresses
- Accessories (veils, jackets, detachable parts such as sleeves, skirts etc.)
- Orders sent back without tracking
- Discarded shipments
That is, if you discard a shipment for any reason (inability to receive the parcel at the address, disagreement with customs fees etc.) the parcel will not be shipped back to us and it will be eliminated by DHL in your country. Such orders will be considered as ‘completed’ and will not be eligible for a refund.

Customer service is great, the seller always got back to me quickly. The dress is nicely made and fit well. I knocked off a star for this particular dress style because it won’t let you raise your hands without an awkward look. I have to cut the breast pads out myself as well. But even without them, the fabric gets lifted together instead of staying put. If I could go back in time, I would still buy from Piondress but I’d pick another style because now I have to re-do my entire first dance to accommodate with not being able to spin with my hand up. Otherwise, the dress is beautiful. If you aren’t dancing with your hands up, then this dress would be perfect for anyone.

This dress saved me! I bought a dress the “traditional” way at an overpriced shop with friends. I slowly came to regret my purchase but felt short time and didn’t want to go back through that tiring process (let alone the price point you find at traditional stores). I caved and bought this dress on Etsy and WOW. Everything was exactly as described. Aleksandra answered my questions and was helpful and thoughtful about the measurements I provided. To my delight the dress was finished and shipped under the expected time frame! It is so feminine and beautiful, I am so excited to wear it on my wedding day. I did end up needing to alter a bit – but I think it was my fault as I may have been generous with the measurements for fear of it being too tight. It was all worth it though for this beautiful dress and especially for the price!

A very beautiful dress. I knew I didn’t like the poofy, heavy wedding dresses that are trendy right now and I had a relatively small budget so it was a relief to find this. My only problem with it was that the nature of the back design means that the front wouldn’t look fitted unless it was way too tight. I had a seamstress add a pearl strap to the back to hold the two pieces of lace where they should be. I preferred the look of the back without the strap, but I needed the functionality. Otherwise, this was an elegant dress that I absolutely loved.

I absolutely love my dress! It is exactly what I want and have pictured for my wedding dress. The simplicity is beautiful, softly spoken, and elegant. The fabric feels and lays nicely and is of sturdy quality. The skirt lays just like it does in the pictures, and the lace in the back is my favorite part! In terms of sizing, I was debating between a US 6 and US 8. I have little to no bust, but was still above the sizing for US 6 bust/waist. Now since getting the dress, it is a little big in the waist and a cup size or two larger in the bust than I expected… but nothing a little alteration can’t fix and always safer to order a bit larger online and adjust from there! I got my dress last week and it’s very very beautiful!! The material is very soft and comfortable and it’s just like in the photo. I’m in love with my dress and I can’t wait to wear it for my big day. My experience with Piondress Bridal was great from the beginning.
