Delivery & Duties
Each dress is made to order, so shipping starts after production is complete.
Estimated delivery after production:
Europe: 3–7 business days
USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Other destinations: 5–12 business days (varies by country)
USA & EU: we cover customs duties, so no extra fees on delivery.
Other countries: import duties may apply depending on local regulations.
Tracking is provided once your order ships.

We offer three size options. Standard Size follows our size chart above, Adjusted Size includes small measurement-based adjustments while keeping the original design, and Custom Fit is made using a full set of measurements for a more personalized fit.
Standard Size and Adjusted Size are eligible for return in accordance with our return policy. Custom Fit is non-returnable, as it is created specifically based on your measurements.
For Adjusted Size and Custom Fit orders, your personal manager will contact you via email with a step-by-step guide for taking your measurements.
Customization
Common customization requests include sleeves, back coverage, neckline, dress length, and small finishing details. Reference photos are welcome to help us understand your vision.
