Delivery & Duties
Each dress is made to order, so shipping starts after production is complete.
Estimated delivery after production:
Europe: 3–7 business days
USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Other destinations: 5–12 business days (varies by country)
USA & EU: we cover customs duties, so no extra fees on delivery.
Other countries: import duties may apply depending on local regulations.
Tracking is provided once your order ships.

Standard Size — returnable
Follows our size chart and is designed for a height of 162–172 cm / 5’4″–5’8″.
Adjusted Size — returnable
A standard size with small adjustments to length, bust, or waist within one size range. Best if you are between sizes or 155–178 cm / 5’1″–5’10” tall. Outside this height range, we recommend Custom Fit.
Custom Fit — non-returnable
Made using a full set of personal measurements for a more detailed size adjustment. For Custom Fit orders, we’ll email you a measurement guide after purchase.
Customization
Common customization requests include sleeves, back coverage, neckline, dress length, and small finishing details. Reference photos are welcome to help us understand your vision.
