Each dress is made to order, so shipping starts after production is complete.
Estimated delivery after production:
Europe: 3–7 business days
USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Other destinations: 5–12 business days (varies by country)
USA & EU: we cover customs duties, so no extra fees on delivery.
Other countries: import duties may apply depending on local regulations.
Tracking is provided once your order ships.

Standard sizes, including all height options, are eligible for return in accordance with our return policy.
Made-to-measure and custom dresses are non-returnable, as they are carefully crafted just for you.
Customization
Common customization requests include sleeves, back coverage, neckline, dress length, and small finishing details. Reference photos are welcome to help us understand your vision.
