We ship via DHL to more than 200 countries around the world. Once your order is dispatched we provide you a tracking number so you could track your parcel on DHL website. As we ship to exact address you provided at checkout, please make sure you will be able to receive the parcel at that address.
The delivery for all dresses is totally free of charge.
It usually takes the order from 5 to 15 days to arrive depending on your location. You can contact us anytime to know estimated delivery date prior to order.
Please note that estimated dates can not be used as a guide, delivery time may be increased in certain cases for reasons beyond our control (force majeure etc). We will not be held responsible for any delays caused by carrier or customs.
Customs & Import Duties
As all orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis, customers are responsible for all import and customs duties associated with their purchase. We are unable to estimate what these charges are, so we encourage you to check with your country’s customs authorities for tariffs before you order.
Please pay your attention that import and customs duties are not included in price and must be paid by the customer to ensure your parcel is released by customs. Failure to do so may cause your delivery to be abandoned therefore the order becomes limited in refunding. Learn about refunding below.
Return & Refund
Our return policy is valid for dresses of standard size range between US 0 (EUR 32) and US 14 (EUR 46) with a fixed $80 return fee, except in the event of a genuine manufacturing defect.
The return must be initiated within a week of the delivery date according to tracking information. That means you will have 7 days to inform us about your decision to return, and a further 7 days to ship the order back.
To be eligible for a refund, the items must be in their original condition — unworn, unaltered, free of makeup, hair and stains. Any tags must remain in place. All items will undergo inspection to match these requirements upon receipt.
Rush fees and delivery fees are refundable in cases of manufacturing fault only. Customers’ return shipping expenses, as well as import and customs duties, are not subject to compensation in any case.
Not Eligible for Refund
Despite our customers’ satisfaction being a top priority for us, our return policy has several reasonable limitations. Thus, a refund is unfortunately unavailable for:
- Customized orders
- Custom size dresses
- Accessories (veils, jackets, detachable parts such as sleeves, skirts etc.)
- Orders sent back without tracking
- Discarded shipments
That is, if you discard a shipment for any reason (inability to receive the parcel at the address, disagreement with customs fees etc.) the parcel will not be shipped back to us and it will be eliminated by DHL in your country. Such orders will be considered as ‘completed’ and will not be eligible for a refund.
